Palma Alvariño
Madrid
Her painting embraces a direct, spontaneous, and raw artistic expression, seeking beauty in simplicity and authenticity. A simplicity that, paradoxically, evolves into a creative language that becomes increasingly demanding to practice, shunning unnecessary noise and complicated symbolism. With the intention of challenging convention through the minimal, and with great sincerity. In every painting, she demonstrates her ability to balance the form, lines, space, and contrasts that inhabit her inner world, resulting in works that are not only visually appealing but also invite introspection. The artist seeks for her work to be, at the same time, a true pleasure for the eyes and the mind, inspiring curiosity. And for her passion for painting to be revealed in every work.
