Benam
Madrid
His entry into the art world has been the natural evolution of this artist, the result of many years dedicated to working with and studying paper and color from different perspectives and functions, which have led him to explore and approach this material from another angle, creating striking works of art. In his works, paper is transformed into colorful structures that play with relief and volume, giving the canvases a three-dimensional quality and turning them into sculptures. In his BENAM series, he meticulously studies color, mixing oils, acrylics, and other pigments to create different textures and color palettes. “Each work is unique and unrepeatable. It is handmade at a specific point in time and contains a distinct emotion, color palette, and intention.”
