SAM 2026

Galería Helarea’s participation in SAM 2026 brought together a selection of artists that reflected the diversity of its program. Gonzalo Rada presented landscapes of great luminous sensitivity; Candela Picado showcased her sensory maps inspired by architecture and the experience of space; Sergi Barnils exhibited a symbolic and spiritual abstraction; Guillermo Ibáñez explored the city through drawing and models; Sol García de Lorenzo stood out for her colorful compositions with origami as a central element; Jesús Perea contributed gestural and intuitive painting; Iván Gómez investigated the expressive possibilities of matter; and Maite Carranza presented a work of delicate chromatic balance. As a whole, the proposal highlighted Helarea’s identity as a gallery committed to contemporary painting and to promoting artists with strong personalities.
